Today, the region faces the challenge of transition — from coal-based energy towards cleaner technologies, new skills and long-term economic opportunities.
ZAHYR responds to this challenge by demonstrating how green hydrogen can support cleaner transport, industrial innovation, better air quality and a more resilient regional economy.

How ZAHYR works?
It combines two technologies in a single integrated system: an electrolyser (150 kg/day production) powered by renewable electricity, and an ammonia cracker (125 → 1,500 kg/day production). They complement each other: when solar availability is low, the cracker runs; when electricity is cheap, the electrolyser runs.
